Fundraising
As well as taking part in Friendship Funday, you could also take forward other fun ways of raising money for Save the Children. Some ideas are listed below:
School Link Fundraising Ideas Dress down day
Pupils donate to wear their own clothes rather than school uniform for a day. Teachers could join in the fun by wearing school uniform!
Fancy Dress Day
Pick a theme and make a donation to come to school in fancy dress. The theme could be famous celebrities or cartoon characters, or based on characters from current History or English lessons.
Lunch-time Juke box
Make a donation to listen to your favourite songs at lunchtime.
Organise a treasure hunt whereby pupils donate to participate in the hunt for some great prizes – don’t forget to have a few booby prizes as well!
